Why we exist

Healthcare faces unprecedented pressure: rising volume, increasing complexity, accelerating fragmentation. Digital systems connect organisations. What's missing is governance that travels with care.

Every time a patient, signal, or decision crosses an organisational boundary, a handover occurs. Each handover creates risk - unless a small number of governance conditions are made explicit and enforced.

Interoperability standards like FHIR answer whether data can move. They do not answer whether it should, who owns it, or what happened as a result.

That's the gap we close.

We build infrastructure that makes handovers safe, fast, and auditable - so clinicians can focus on care, not governance overhead.

30 years in digital transformation, advanced cloud infrastructure and software engineering, enterprise transformation, information security, and operational improvement. Previously AWS Principal Consultant at Contino, leading complex cloud transformation programmes for regulated environments - defining architecture standards, implementing enterprise landing zones, and driving DevOps transformations for high-trust clients.

Earlier career spans infrastructure leadership, telematics, enterprise software sales, and professional yacht delivery. Architect of the Seven Flows governance framework. Deep expertise in clinical safety (DCB 0129/0160), FHIR interoperability, and building systems that work in high-stakes, regulated environments.

Previously Director of European Insurance at ABAX, VP Customer Success & Channel Partnerships at eDriving, and Managing Director of Client Development (EMEA) at The Floow - where she grew the global partner network to 650+ sales representatives across APAC, Europe, and the Americas, delivering SaaS revenue growth of 7x.

Deep experience in telematics, usage-based insurance, and building channel partnerships for regulated technology businesses. Brings a clear understanding of how insurers, healthcare organisations, and digital health providers evaluate and adopt infrastructure solutions.

DCB 0129/0160 alignment isn't a compliance checkbox - it's the foundation. Clinical safety is systematic, not document-driven. Auditability emerges as a byproduct of safe handovers, not as parallel governance burden.

We don't centralise care or replace existing systems. We provide the governance substrate that existing systems can rely on when care crosses boundaries. Local flexibility within national standards.

We introduce one Flow at a time, often non-clinically. Regulatory scope and clinical influence expand only when evidence supports it. No big bang. No surprise liability.
